Description
This session provides a rare opportunity to hear a teenager with dyslexia share his experience about the current state of—or lack of—support for dyslexia in and out of K–12 schools. His mother will reflect on being the sibling of a brother with undiagnosed and untreated dyslexia, as well being a parent to four children with dyslexia. They will each discuss what is working and what needs to change to better support students with dyslexia.
This lively and engaging presentation will also include time for questions and (hopefully) answers.
