As individuals with disabilities move through their educational and professional careers, they may repeatedly need to provide disability documentation to verify their current functional limitations and need for accommodations. Using case studies, Educational Testing Service (ETS) representatives will discuss legal considerations under the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act (ADA AA), ETS’s changing expectations regarding documentation, and instances in which disability documentation may be acceptable in one setting but not in a subsequent setting.
